IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as a marketing agency for Khaya Residences.

As a registered Real Estate Negotiator under IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd., Chiam Shiun Sheng is permitted through the agency to promote Khaya Residences and assist prospective purchasers with project information, enquiries, viewing appointments, unit selection, booking procedures and property transaction coordination.

This Website is independently operated by Chiam Shiun Sheng for property marketing and enquiry purposes.

2. Independent Property Marketing Website

This Website is not the official website of the developer, landowner or project owner of Khaya Residences.

The Website is not owned, operated or managed by the developer, landowner, project owner, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Melati Ehsan Group, Bayu Mantap Sdn. Bhd. or any related company.

The Website Operator is not the developer, landowner or project owner and does not claim to own, develop, construct or manage Khaya Residences.

The appointment of IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd. as a marketing agency for the project does not make this Website a developer-owned or developer-operated website.

The Website Operator assists prospective purchasers through IQI Realty Sdn. Bhd. in connection with the marketing and sale of the project.
